As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for aHR Assistant to join its HR team.
As a HR assistant, you ensure the administrative and operational monitoring within the
HR Business Partner team.
YOUR ROLE
You accompany and support the HR Business Manager with various activities to guarantee that HR processes are correctly carried out:
- You
ensure the
administrative monitoring and the
update of the HR systems: check-in and check-out, updating the organization chart, updating the SIRH, contacting IT about equipment (PC, telephone, access), contacting our service fleet, etc. - You
centralize the information about
internal mobility and
promotions in order to communicate it to the employees, you keep the Mobility Tracking up to date which is useful for our Payroll team and you ensure that information is up to date (SIRH, organization chart, etc.). - You are the
contact person for our service fleet: ordering cars, planning valuations, accompanying the experts. - You
organize various meetings
for the integration process for new staff members and you support the HR Business Manager in the organization and planning of meetings requested by employees. - You
provide administrative support to ongoing projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least a
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, management, law, economic sciences, administration or equivalent. - You have a particular
interest in administrative tasks and HR. - You are
organized,
can prioritize and are able to deal with the unexpected with
flexibility and
autonomy. - You are
thorough,
pay attention to detail and work methodically. - You have
good interpersonal skills, are able to
easily communicate and can express information clearly and precisely. - You are
dynamic,
independent and
proactive, and others recognize your excellent team player qualities. - You are
comfortable using IT tools and have very good knowledge of the Office suite tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Share Point, PowerPoint, etc.). - In an international work environment, you are able to perfectly express yourself in
French and you have a good knowledge of
English (minimum B1).
