- Créer et gérer activement de manière exhaustive des projets de recherche pour le développement de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes,
- Monter les dossiers, lire les normes relatives, estimer les coûts et trouver les partenaires appropriés,
- Produire et effectuer des tests sur des échantillons,
- Apporter des modifications sur la ligne de production et organiser le planning,
- Rédiger des rapports, procédures et propositions,
- Effectuer diverses analyses techniques et présenter des résultats,
- Visiter les clients et fournisseurs à l'étranger.
- Vous possédez un master en chimie (idéalement science des matériaux),
- Vous avez entre 0 et 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur technique,
- Vous avez une aptitude à gérer efficacement la charge de travail et faire face à la pression,
- Vous être attiré par la philosophie des projets de recherche,
- Vous aimez faire de la rédaction de rapports et procédures,
- Vous êtes ouvert à voyager à l'étranger,
- Vous êtes rigoureux et minutieux dans la tenue et le suivi des tâches,
- Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome et proactive,
- Vous possédez de bonnes capacités d'analyse,
- Vous être innovant et capable de proposer des solutions originales,
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais (une connaissance de l'allemand est un plus),
- Vous possédez un permis de conduire.
