Your mission
Our Sales team, composed of about 50 employees, located in Braine-l'Alleud, is currently looking for a Product Sales Manager to strengthen this team.
You'll be directly reporting to the Product Sales General Manager and will be responsible for new business development for specific products in order to meet corporate sales objectives.
What will you work on?- Participate to the OEM Vision (2025 & 2030), long term sales plan by building and executing Product Strategies in line with Product Companies, Specific Business Cases within your Product area, Annual promotion action plan by Product and Customer.
- Develop your knowledge within your Product area to become the EU reference within your Product Area (Product functionality/roadmap; Manufacturing process; EU market needs; Competitors). Utilize it internally and externally with the view of developing the business and maximize the chances to secure contract.
- Foster and develop strong customer relationships at various departments with focus on Purchasing and Engineering at innovation, RFI and RFQ sourcing stage.
- Develop stong business relationships internally with Aisin Japan HQ Sales team, Aisin Europe's Technical Center, Purchasing, Plants and Costing team.
- Ensure that internal processes related to Business Acquisition are followed in order to develop promptly and efficiently new sales opportunities.
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering
- 5 yearexperience min. in a technical environment with customers interface
- Strong negotiator & persuasive
- Customer oriented
- Fluent in English
- Ready to travel (up to 20%)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in direct sales or account management with European OEM customers.
- Knowledge of Automotive Products in Aisin's Driver and Incabin Monitoring System, Active Rear Steering and other Chassis related.
- Additional language skill is an asset (especially French, German, Japanese).
