- Collaborate with the quality team to inspect, repair, and manage returned parts, both internally and with our suppliers.
- Work closely with the engineering department to enhance designs and develop test systems.
- (Pre-)Program electronics boards, industrial PCs and electronic devices.
- Construct assemblies to be used in the field by service engineers.
- Act as a liason between our service organisation and the supplier for repair matters.
- Design and implement test jigs and tools, in collaboration with R&D, to streamline troubleshooting and programming.
- Participate in the global RMA, managing parts sent from other hubs for repair.
- Contribute to the assembly of prototype machines.
- Bachelor degree in Electro-IT Engineering or relevant experience.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills in electronics.
- Proficiency in computer hardware and configuration.
- Extensive knowledge of IP and its applications, including IP routing protocols, LAN/WAN switching, 4G/5G, WiFi and VPN solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
- Familiarity with industrial programming tools.
- Fluent in English.
