We are looking for:

An account manager with the responsible for Belgium, France, UK, Middle East and Africa region.


We count on you for:


  • Drawup and implement an annual sales plan for the assigned territory. Achieve budgeted volumes, revenues and margins.
  • Develop and successfully implement sales account plans in line with our strategy.
  • Practice valueselling techniques for maximising profitability for the business.
  • Promote actively our patented products and support product launch throughout the territory
  • Identify, request, follow up and close customer projects at accounts through active coordination with relevant departments
  • Identify and develop new customers in key market segments or new markets
  • Provide market intelligence, call/trade reports, resources for project team trials and NPI activities.
  • Promote new technologies to end users and market segment associations.
  • Work with supply chain (and other local supporting functions) via providing an accurate sales forecast to allow them to meet business needs.
  • Ability to progress to higher levels of responsibility

You will bring:


  • University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Good knowledge of the polymer industry is preferred, a good knowledge of the rotomolding market is a surplus.
  • Motivated person that is selfreliant and results oriented
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in service and technology oriented industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales background coupled with an understanding of the sales process and selling excellence methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in solving commercial and technical problems with customers.
  • Good project management and organisation skills
  • Languages: French & English are a must, Dutch a plus
