We are looking for:

An account manager with the responsible for Belgium, France, UK, Middle East and Africa region.

We count on you for:

Drawup and implement an annual sales plan for the assigned territory. Achieve budgeted volumes, revenues and margins.
Develop and successfully implement sales account plans in line with our strategy.
Practice valueselling techniques for maximising profitability for the business.
Promote actively our patented products and support product launch throughout the territory
Identify, request, follow up and close customer projects at accounts through active coordination with relevant departments
Identify and develop new customers in key market segments or new markets
Provide market intelligence, call/trade reports, resources for project team trials and NPI activities.
Promote new technologies to end users and market segment associations.
Work with supply chain (and other local supporting functions) via providing an accurate sales forecast to allow them to meet business needs.
Ability to progress to higher levels of responsibility

You will bring:

University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Good knowledge of the polymer industry is preferred, a good knowledge of the rotomolding market is a surplus.
Motivated person that is selfreliant and results oriented
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in service and technology oriented industries.
Strong interpersonal and sales background coupled with an understanding of the sales process and selling excellence methods.
Demonstrated experience in solving commercial and technical problems with customers.
Good project management and organisation skills
Languages: French & English are a must, Dutch a plus
