Position Summary
As legal administrator you will support our international Legal department by handling contracts and tenders.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Analysing international tenders and commercial opportunities. Managing corresponding project proposals for salespeople in 10 European countries;
  • Liaising with government institutions and other authorities to procure documentation either supporting or supplementing tender submissions;
  • Proofreading NDAs and other legal documents, following up with internal clients to confirm adequacy or obtain further information;
  • Acting as a point of contact for international salespeople and headquarters personnel, ensuring efficient communication as needed;
  • Drafting and following up on technical administrative dossiers for tenders and prequalification
  • Updating the commercial followup file uptodate (projects won, current projects, etc.);
  • Preparing the layout, order and format of the files or submissions;
  • Verifying tender specifications and capacity to fulfill all prerequisites to participate;
  • Using online translation tools to read and navigate legal documents from 10 European countries; and
  • Uploading relevant documents to the online database;
