Organize and structure NRCC's

Make credit risk decisions on retail (escalations) and wholesale

Provide general support in Risk management


Purpose & Key Accountabilities:


The Risk Management Associate will play a crucial role in supporting general risk management tasks and providing potential assistance for project-related activities.

The primary responsibility of this role is to organize and structure NRCC's (Non-Retail Credit Committee) while actively engaging in risk and other reporting processes.

Additionally, the incumbent will be involved in credit risk decisions, particularly focusing on retail and wholesale sectors, and will contribute to general risk management support.

Profiel

  • Master's degree in Applied Economics or Finance and Risk
  • Demonstrated experience in credit decisioning for SMEs
  • Leadership Experience:
- a positive attribute

  • Proven experience in credit decisioning for SMEs
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
