Your responsibilities:

You draw up quotations in partnership with layout designers and the presales team, and proactively monitor their completion within the specified lead times.
You support the Area Sales Manager in case of absence regarding all questions and comments related to open quotations.
You draw up order confirmations in consultation with the Master Planning/Finance teams, as well as sales contracts with agents and customers.
You collect and process information at the request of sellers or customers regarding received payments, planned deliveries, back orders and previously delivered orders.
You act as customers' single point of contact.
You support the Area Sales Manager when visiting customers and participate in relevant seminars and trade fairs for the region.
You report to the Internal Sales Team Lead.

Your profile:

You have at least a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
You have an aptitude for administration and MS Office programs (Word and Excel).
You work in a structured manner, are assertive and stressresistant.
You enjoy taking the initiative, are proactive and have a problemsolving mindset.
You are customeroriented.
You are fluent in English and French; good knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
