For our global IT department, we are looking for a "
Senior
SAP MM/SD analyst" to lead business and system analysis to design and implement process-technology solutions in SAP MM/SD area.

In this role you will be bridging and translating business needs into solution requirements and designs for our current global SAP ECC landscape operated worldwide in 46 countries.

From mid/long-term perspective, AGFA is considering to kick-off SAP S/4 implementation. You would be playing a pivotal role in the design of the future ERP solution of AGFA.

Ultimately, you'll help us to implement and roll-out technology products that deliver AGFA's long term vision.

Role objective:

Business and system analysis to design and implement business processtechnology solution in OrdertoCash and Supply chain area based on SAP MM/SD.
Build and retain knowledge on AGFA process in SAP MM/SD area.
Enable S/4 implementation playing the pivotal role in the S/4 template design and migration project.
Reduce impact of critical incidents to the business by providing functional guidance to the outsourced support teams.

Key responsibilities:

Communications & collaboration:

Member of an international engaged team, communicate with Process Owners and Business Key users.
Working on Global/Regional projects to design, optimize and automate SAP business processes in MM/SD on the global scale (46 countries).

Process technology solutions development (including S/4 implementation):

Analyze and understand business challenges and needs. Document business requirements in a form of State of Requirements and/or Process documentation.
Design target processtechnology solutions to meet business requirements and minimize deviations from SAP standard. Align with process owners for the optimal solution.
Work closely with onshore and offshore outsourcing partners of AGFA on solution implementation.
Facilitate and contribute data extracttransformationload exercises (ETL).
Project team member through all project phases from kickoff, keyuser training until intense golive support.

Application support:

Contribute to Sev 1 tickets resolution in MM/SD area by providing functional guidance to the outsourced support teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

Hard skills:

Strong business analysis skills. Good knowledge of OrdertoCash and Supply chain processes.
At least 5 years in SAP MM/SD inhouse or contractor consultant.
SAP ECC MM/SD certifications required.
Good integration knowledge with other SAP Modules
PP, SD and Finance/Controlling
Quality Management (QM) and EDI/IDOC knowledge welcome
Familiar with MRP and ATP planning functions in Maketoorder and Maketostock environment
Basic ABAP programming knowledge welcome, knowing the key userexits and enhancement points available in the MM/SD area
Familiar with SAP XI/PO integration mechanisms, SAP FIORI environment, and SAP Workflows
