- Define a finance vision, mission, and strategy ;
- Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics , maturity assessments, and benchmarking;
- Design and implement new Finance Operating Models ;
- Design and implement Shared Service Centers (Global Business Services);
- Drive process excellence in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis ;
- Leverage automation and digital processes .
- Master's in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent;
- 1-5 years of experience in Finance Consulting or in delivery of large-scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry;
- Experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis;
- Full working proficiency in Dutch or French AND English ;
- A proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with diverse groups;
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs;
- Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills;
- Forward thinker and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and integrates quickly new knowledge;
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic;
- Flexible with travel requirements.
