Wat ga je doen?
Als Teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de inpak afdeling.
Je kan werken van 6u-14u/14u-22u. Je begeleid een team van 14 magazijnmedewerkers en werkt nauw samen met de overkoepelende teamleader. Je zal instaan omtrent de taakverdeling van de magazijnmedewerkers, orders verdelen en opvolgen. Nadien controleer je de afgewerkte orders.
Je hebt reeds een aantoonbare ervaring met een team aansturen, begeleiden en bijsturen waar nodig.
Wie ben jij?
Vakkennis: Je beschikt over logistieke ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
Talenkennis: Perfecte kennis Nederlands en Engels.
