To help achieve our purpose we currently need a HR specialist to support our People & Culture team on a temporary basis.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

Support the HR Business partners in administrative work in recruitment and onboarding of new joiners
Help our continuous improvement projects to move forward.
Standardize processes
Creating standard templates and quick reference cards
Dive into our HR tool and simplify the process.
Redesign our intranet and rewrite the existing content adapted to our new strategy
Dive into the changing European and local social legislation and adapt our policies and processes to be compliant
Together with the HR Business Partners inspire the organisation to take the next step in our feedback and learning culture

Do you recognize yourself?

You will be part of a fun and ambitious team of 6 people
You are well organized and a like to work autonomously
You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and are able to come with creative solutions
As we work in an international company, it's an absolute must that you are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
You have enhanced digital skills and are a quick starter to work with IT tools

Goodman owns, develops, and manages modern industrial real estate including logistics facilities, data centres and business parks in strategic locations around the world.

In total, we have a team of around 1.000, located across 5 continents.

In Continental Europe we are active in 7 countries, including offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan and Paris.
