As a Business Intelligence (BI) Architect at Goodman you support the business by turning raw data into valuable insights.

As a natural hybrid, you bridge the gap between business and IT by understanding the true intent of complex business questions and using data and BI tooling to deliver insights and visualisations.

In our team you will own the business intelligence platforms and take the lead in delivering the Goodman CE's data management strategy in collaboration with the other BI team members.

Occasionally you also will need to dive into the content and work on delivering initiatives from the BI portfolio

To perform the above in a successful manner, you are passionate about delivering quality at every step of the process.

Summary of responsibilities
Ensure technology decisions & actions across projects are consistent with the Data Management Strategy
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on BI topics
Promote awareness about BI and data within Goodman and communicate on deliverables & achievements
Own the BI initiatives portfolio (communication, resource management, planning and execution)
Drive overall BI and Data analysis methodology use in collaboration with champions and report builders to cultivate the overall analytical skillset in Goodman CE
Data modelling in accordance with business requirements
Own the Azure platform (cost monitoring, evolution of the Azure platform and opportunities for improvement)
Manage BI security & authorization(s)

Do you recognize yourself?

Master's degree in finance / Computer Sciences / Engineering or equivalent by experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in data governance, modelling, and data management strategy
2 to 3 years of finance experience preferred
Affinity with business and IT
Strong analytical skills
Precise & accurate, focus on quality
Focus on continuous improvement
Knowledge about the real estate sector is plus
Ability to work in team as well as on own initiatives
Open mindset and willingness to learn
Flexibility in a changing dynamic environment
Technical knowledge:
Data visualization tools
SQL
Dimensional data modelling
TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics experience is a plus
