As a real estate company, we organise our lease contracts in a dedicated software. We are looking for a new team member to reinforce the current team and support our growing business activities.

You will be the steward safeguarding data quality in the system and will be driving improvements of the Property Management System (Yardi) and lease administration processes in general.

You are open to learn and explore new systems and to support a migration from our current system to a new environment.

You are open to back up the lease administrator when absent and during that time will ensure the timely update of records and databases related to leases and properties as well as processing of rent roll and charges.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

Take ownership and responsibility over the full lease administration system and work flow;
Be the system super user and provide first level support to the CE Asset Management teams;
Propose and rollout improvements to the lease administration work flow both system and process related
Work directly in the system and be the back up of the lease administrator during holidays (lease administration, rent roll & charges, ad hoc invoicing,...)
Assist in answering questions in the context of audits or investor inquiries by providing relevant information;
Explore and onboard new systems, tools and processes as part of the roll out of Microsoft Dynamics for asset management

Do you recognize yourself?:

Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English; any other European language is a plus
Improvement mindset and problem solving attitude.
Experienced in system ownership and/or improvement projects
Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders;
Knowledge of a Property Management software, Yardi Voyager 7s, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
