Mölnlycke is now looking for an Manager, People Partner based in Waremme Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to think on your feet.


_We have an opening for a permanent Manager, People Partner for the business Operating Room Solutions in Belgium to join a dynamic team_


The purpose of this position is to deliver strategic people related initiatives across the Waremme site, partnering with business leaders to foster a culture of engagement and learning; delivering on our talent agenda and ultimately contributing to business success.


_Your responsibilities will include:
_


  • In partnership with General Manager, engage people leaders and employees in Mölnlycke's strategic journey.
  • Leading the local People team, including dotted line for People Services on site, ensuring delivery of operational people related activities, focusing on recruitment, talent management, wellbeing & engagement activities across the Waremme site.
  • With the General Manager, ensure local collective agreements are in place that support the business needs and negotiate with unions & works council representatives regarding decisions on related employee issues
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards
  • Day to day operational decisions within the scope of agreed projects, objectives, policies and processes, example compliance with local employment regulations; local policies & procedures are fit for purpose; decisions on contractual elements within company policy & governance framework
  • Proactively embed work environment and wellbeing in the functions/business areas to ensure employee health, compliance, engagement, sustainability. Facilitate risk assessment processes where applicable.
  • Our company policy on flexible working allows for employees to work 40%/2 days of the working week to work from home when agreed. This role may also be required to travel once or twice a year to attend meetings with global HR colleagues.

_Competencies and Experience _

  • University Business Degree preferred (Master degree in HR)
- _Minimum of 5 years _in HR Leadership within multinational companies with best in class HR practices

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of country labour regulations, laws and union practises and solid experience of strongly unionised environment
  • Experience of successfully driving change in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to positively influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborative working style engendering strong team spirit
  • Fluent in English, French with Dutch an advantage
