    FUND CONTROLLER – REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY – NT285 Our client is a Leading Real Estate Investment Management Company in Luxembourg which operates internationally.Following few changes within the team; they are looking for a new Fund Controller to strengthen the team, to help and guide the juniors and support the Senior Controller.The responsibilities of the Controller will be to oversee and manage the daily operations of fund management for their clients, as well as produce consolidated financial statements for these funds.This is an exciting opportunity that will appeal to someone who has the ability to take ownership of their work, has strong communications skills and wants to grow. The Role:
    • Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial statements
    • Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (consolidation)
    • Supporting due diligence and sales process
    • Create and complete financial and management reports for investors
    • Coordinate and execute investors' capital contributions, redemptions, and distributions
    • Prepare consolidating and consolidated financial statements in several GAAP and IFRS
    • Prepare periodic cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, and daily cash management
    • Prepare the annual budgets and quarterly re-forecast
    • Prepare annual financial reports for the year-end audit
    • Coordinate quarterly VAT package and CIT returns in cooperation with external tax advisor
    • Supervise, review the work and coach Junior Controllers and/or Accountants
    • Periodic report to the regulator (CSSF / DNB / AIFMD)
    • Be part of ad-hoc projects from time to time
    The Profile:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and ideally CPA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
    • Good experience on the Real Estate market in Luxembourg
    • Strong knowledge of LuxGAAP and IFRS
    • Good knowledge of consolidation and tax returns
    • Fluent in English is mandatory
    • Knowledge of INREV guidelines is a great asset
    • Details focused and proactive mindset
    • Excellent organisation skills
