Job summary
The role of the Health & Safety Manager (HSM) is to develop and implement effective health and safety policies and programs within Swift.This includes managing all aspects of occupational health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, conducting risk assessments, implementing controls and monitoring their effectiveness, providing training and education to employees on health and safety matters, and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
