- Monitoring & supporting daily operations and resolving problems
- Monitoring daily critical process indicators
- Analyzing outliers and spreads and taking direct action
- Supporting operators with daily challenges
- Working as a team on recurring issues
- Being responsible for production in your area
- Communicating critical information in a structured manner
- Achieving production levels collectively with the operator's team
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings
- Developing work procedures (work instructions)
- Managing on-call duties once every 5-6 weeks
- Studying production improvement and loss minimization projects with relevant managers
- Analyzing past performance and root causes of non-performance, implementing sustainable solutions as a team
- Overseeing the integration of new digital technologies, supervising testing and fine-tuning processes
- Monitoring and optimizing machine and production line performance
- Collaborating with maintenance to maximize production time
- Exploring potential machine improvements and validating them with the right stakeholders
- Being an active part of the global team of process engineers in different Hitachi Energy units (Sweden, Bulgaria, China)
- Working with the Quality team to identify, understand, and correct quality issues
- Collaborating with the IT team to address digital challenges and ensure consistent functionality
- Cooperating with the planning team to identify production delays and find proactive solutions
- Working closely with all operators
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electronic, or electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy industry, minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Residing within a 45-minute car ride from Jummet
- Solid understanding of manufacturing design principles (DFM, DFA, DFS)
- Experience in conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Working with stakeholders from different technology areas such as R&D, Quality
- Experience in project management and technical leadership
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork abilities
- Analytical skills and experience with analysis and root cause analysis
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Structured in daily work and communications, Fluent in French and English
- Experience with tools like Word, Excel, Teams, SAP, PowerBI
- Comfortable with digital tools and technologies
- Tableau, MES Production, Scheduler/Planner
- Passionate about technology and sharing knowledge with peers
- Interest in LEAN, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies
