We are looking for

An Executive Assistant to join Solvay's Chief Operations Office (COO) office

We count on you for

Efficiently managing the COO's calendar and trips
Organizing events and managing expenses
Handling administration tasks and some reporting for the COO
Preparing organizational announcements and a few communications

Education and experience

Bachelor's degree or higher education in a relevant field
5 years of experience as Executive Assistant

Technical skills

Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
Stakeholder management
Attention to detail
Organizational skills
Ability to handle a high volume of information
Confidentiality

You will get
