- Traitement et suivi des commandes pour différentes catégories d'achats (services, etc.) incluant la gestion des facturations
- Commande de pièces de rechange suite à l'analyse des besoins en matériel (MRP)
- Suivi et analyse des Indicateurs de Performance (KPI) pour les commandes en lots
- Analyse des paramètres MRP et des données maîtres pour améliorer les outils d'analyse
- Collaboration avec le planificateur de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sur les rapports Qlik concernant les nomenclatures de produits
- Suivi des Indicateurs de Performance (KPI)
- Élaboration des modèles pour les réunions de planification S&OP
- Amélioration du fichier Excel du plan maître
- Création de graphiques et d'indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour le suivi
- Assistance à la création d'un outil de planification de la capacité pour l'équipe du Contrôle Qualité
- Gestion et archivage des dossiers d'expédition, incluant la vérification des livraisons, des résultats de température, etc., et archivage sur le serveur de PPL Holding
- Suivi des dossiers d'expédition en cours
- Archivage des dossiers des deux dernières années vers un stockage externe et préparation des nouveaux dossiers pour 2024
- Préparation des nouveaux dossiers d'expédition et assistance au service d'emballage
- Expérience significative en chaîne d'approvisionnement et logistique
- Maîtrise des outils MRP, idéalement AX
- Excellente maîtrise de Word et Excel (niveau avancé)
- Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) est un atout
- Fort esprit analytique
- Capacité d'organisation et de structuration
- Attitude proactive et orientée vers les résultats
- Une mission intérimaire de longue durée (plusieurs mois)
- Un horaire temps plein de Jour (8h-16h30)
