    Beschrijving
    Functieomschrijving
    Je analyseert vragen van de klant mbt het herstellen van elektronische onderdelen of garantie aanvragen op onderdelen.
    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de herstelling van printkaarten, sturingen, rij schakelaars, displays... Je bepaalt zelf de meest efficiënte aanpak tot herstelling. Je bepaalt hoeveel tijd en welke onderdelen nodig zijn.
    Je test voor en na de herstelling het onderdeel en bepaalt welke testopstelling noodzakelijk is.
    Je documenteert de gevonden problemen en stelt elektrische schema's op via reverse engineering.
    Je ontwikkelt testopstellingen voor elektronische heftruckonderdelen.
    Je helpt klanten en collega's met hun technische, elektronica-gerelateerde vragen.
    Je volgt de evoluties binnen jouw domein en jouw toegewezen heftruckmerken op de voet op.

    Profiel

    Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma Elektronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
    Je hebt kennis van zowel analoge en digitale elektronica, alsook van vermogenselektronica;
    Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels;
    Je bent probleemoplossend ingesteld met een sterk technisch inzicht;
    Je bent een echte teamplayer.
