About our role:

Our client is a prestigious financial institution looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Social Media Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, community management, content management and brand visibility across all social media.

What you will be doing:

Developing and implementing the social media strategy across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

Ensuring the strategy is implemented effectively and monitoring its progress.

Community management and content production:
overseeing community management activities, and maintaining an overview of all social media content.

Analyzing and optimizing social media impact: Analyzing the effectiveness of social media actions and communicating the results to maximize outcomes. Listening to customer feedback and ideas, conveying them to the business.

Monitoring competitors in the banking field, conducting benchmarks, and staying updated on new trends in online and social media platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Care, to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals.

Collaborating with creative and media agencies to publish relevant content.

What you bring:

Ambition to further develop your career in the financial, sector as a social media specialist.

3 to 5 years of experience in managing social media platforms and digital content.

Past experience in the finance industry is a big plus.

You're at your best when it comes to project management, encompassing goal-setting and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and organizational skills are needed for this job.

The ability to take initiative and demonstrate perseverance is essential.

Fluency in either French or Dutch, along with a strong command of the other national languages, is a requirement. Additionally, proficiency in English is also necessary.
