- En charge, sous la supervision du Directeur QHSE de la mise en conformité de l'unité par rapport au référentiel ISO9001 en vue d'une certification initiale
- Assister le Directeur QHSE dans l'implémentation et dans la gestion du système de management QHSE intégré (HACCP, ISO 9001, sécurité, environnement).
- Sensibiliser et former les équipes en matière d'hygiène, de sécurité des aliments et de sécurité au travail.
- Réaliser des inspections régulières HACCP, Health and safety.
- Apporter des éléments de réponses aux départements opérationnels sur des questions relatives à l'hygiène, la sécurité des aliments, la sécurité des personnes et à l'environnement.
- Gestion et mise à jour du système documentaire
- A la demande du Directeur QHSE, apporter un appui à la gestion des plaintes clients relatives au QHSE (plainte qualité, corps étranger,...).
- Participer aux différents projets QHSE d'améliorations de l'unité.
- Titulaire au minimum d'un formation Bachelor dans le domaine agroalimentaire ou QHSE avec de solides connaissances du système HACCP, de la sécurité au travail ainsi que de la gestion documentaire
- Vous avez au minimum 3 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire dans le domaine alimentaire
- Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique, organisé et avez un niveau d'exigence vous permettant de mettre en place et de suivre des plans d'actions suite à audit
- Vous maitrisez les normes ISO 9001 / ISO 22 000
- Vous communiquez aisément et êtes capable de vous adapter à tout type d'interlocuteur
- Vous maîtrisez le Français, et l'anglais, la connaissance du Néerlandais est un plus
