Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en proactieve Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Assistant (M/V/X) voor een toonaangevend bedrijf gelegen in Diegem dat actief is in de data sector.
Het bedrijf streeft voortdurend naar uitmuntendheid in al hun activiteiten, en daarom is het op zoek naar iemand die hun inzet voor kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu deelt.
Als Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Assistant ondersteun je de QHSE Manager bij de uitvoering van de wettelijke taken en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van dee QHSE-zorgsystemen, waaronder ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO5001 en ISO45001. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:
* Verzorgen van verplichte aangiftes en rapporteringen.
* Uitvoeren van rondgangen en risicoanalyses.
* Opstellen van actieplannen ter verbetering van de QHSE-prestaties.
* Voorbereiden van externe audits en nauw samenwerken met verschillende LCL-departementen om verbeterplannen te realiseren.
* Coachen van medewerkers om gewenst veiligheids- en milieugedrag te vertonen.
* Analyseren van wetswijzigingen en impact op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu, duurzaamheid en vergunningen, en formuleren van passende acties.
In deze diverse en uitdagende rol rapporteer je aan de QHSE Manager en werk je nauw samen met alle collega's binnen de verschillende departementen.
Je hebt een Bachelor of Master diploma
* Je beschikt over een aanvullend diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2 (of niveau 3 en bent bereid te evolueren naar niveau 2)
* Je hebt kennis van de milieuwetgeving (Vlarem)
* Je hebt kennis van QHSE managementsystemen (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO5001, ISO45001).
* Je verwerkt snel nieuwe informatie en kan op een zelfstandige manier verslagen opstellen
* Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een degelijke kennis Frans.
* Je beschikt over een uitgebreide kennis van Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint etc.
* Je bent communicatief, analytisch ingesteld en sterk in organiseren
