About the role

You will:
(Main responsibilities)

Liaise and work closely with Hiring Managers providing a strategic, customer focused and costeffective recruitment service
Take job briefings, create job adverts and search talent pools
Advise on search methods and support hiring managers with interviews
Manage agency relationships, work in partnerships with our Preferred Supplier List (PSL) when needed
Actively look for different ways to attract talent
Ensure the recruitment process is ran in compliance with all appropriate legislations
Monitor and report on recruitment costs and budgets
Supporting project work and HR initiatives

What do you need to be successful in this role

About you

To be a confident professional with the ability to guide, coach and influence hiring managers
Strong clear communicator in written and spoken word, you are an active listener as well as an effective persuader. You are comfortable to speak to anyone and build rapport quickly
Technology savvy and innovative you understand the value of, and are interested in, datadriven insights
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player
The ability to manage your own workload, prioritize tasks effectively and work to tight deadlines
Operational knowledge of MS Office with the willingness to learn other IT systems
Language skills required: Dutch, English, French
