    Belfius Wealth Management is resoluut naar de toekomst gericht en profileert zich als een nichebank binnen een universele bank en biedt een ervaring aan waarin inspiratie, authenticiteit, ondernemingsgeest, klantgerichtheid en langetermijnrelaties een centrale plaats innemen.

    Als 'Commercial Assistant' speel jij een cruciale rol Die bestaat erin een kwaliteitsvolle service en een unieke beleving aan te bieden aan de klanten van Wealth Management, en te zorgen voor de nodige administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning voor de verwezenlijking van die doelstelling, in samenwerking met de Wealth Managers en de expertisediensten van de bank.

    Wij willen onze diverse regionale teams (Luik, Namen, Kortrijk, Gent, Antwerpen en Hasselt), versterken, net zoals het team van Brussel, die gevestigd worden in de (toekomstige) Wealth Hubs.

    De job in een notendop

  • Je zorgt voor kwaliteitsvolle commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning van de Wealth managers.
  • Je zamelt de klantgegevens in (voorbereiden, updaten en monitoren van de administratieve documenten).
  • Je staat garant voor de goede opvolging en het beheer van de contracten die bestemd zijn voor de klanten: diverse controles, documenten opstellen, instructies aan de operationele diensten, controle en opvolging van de transacties in geval van problemen.
  • Je zorgt voor de opvolging van de daily banking-transacties en ziet toe op het vlotte verloop van de informatiestromen voor de kredietaanvragen of andere specifieke producten.
  • Als de regionale hub operationeel zal zijn, neem je deel aan de organisatie en het goede beheer van het gebouw en sta je regelmatig in voor de permanenties.
  • Rekening houdend met de dienstwaarnemingen die moeten worden verzorgd in de hub, werk je in het stelsel van standaardtelewerk.

    Maar bij ons kan je er een worden. We zijn vooral op zoek naar een sterke persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

  • Je bent in staat verrichtingen met complexe producten in te schatten, te begrijpen en erop te anticiperen.
  • Je beschikt over commerciële vaardigheden, toont assertiviteit en bent uiterst dienstvaardig.
  • Je voorkomen en je mondelinge en schriftelijke taalbeheersing is onberispelijk.

    • Je scoort nog meer punten als je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

  • Je beheerst de tweede landstaal (ten zeerste aanbevolen in Brussel en een troef in de regio's).
  • Je bent goed op de hoogte van daily banking en je hebt ervaring opgedaan in een back office, in een functie die is toegespitst op commerciële ondersteuning of als relatiebeheerder in de banksector.
