- Superviser les activités des équipes logistiques, de maintenance et de métrologie, en révisant les ordres de travail, les événements de qualité (déviations) et les documents de contrôle des changements.
- Soutenir les projets d'amélioration et effectuer des GEMBA walks pour garantir l'excellence opérationnelle.
- Réviser et approuver les procédures, analyses de risques et spécifications liées à votre domaine.
- Soutenir les activités de qualification et de validation en révisant et approuvant les plans de vérification, les protocoles et les rapports.
- Aborder les problèmes significatifs susceptibles de présenter des risques en termes de qualité, de coût et de timing, assurant une communication efficace avec toutes les parties prenantes pour maintenir un environnement de travail coopératif.
- Un Master dans un domaine pertinent ou équivalent par expérience.
- Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en production/qualité dans le secteur de la biotechnologie, avec une expérience préalable en qualification/validation.
- Une connaissance approfondie des exigences réglementaires liées à la fabrication de produits biotechnologiques.
- D'excellentes compétences en communication et une forte capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Une ouverture d'esprit et une flexibilité dans l'organisation du travail, avec une bonne capacité à challenger et défendre ses opinions.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est requise.

À propos du rôle
En tant que Technical QA Officer, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la supervision du démarrage de notre nouvelle installation de bioproduction, B7.
Ce poste implique de se concentrer sur l'assurance de la qualité et de la conformité des activités logistiques, de maintenance et de métrologie, ainsi que sur le soutien des processus de qualification et de validation du bâtiment. Vous serez instrumental dans la mise en œuvre et le maintien de nos systèmes de qualité, alignés sur notre engagement envers l'excellence opérationnelle et les normes réglementaires.
Avec qui vous allez travailler
Vous collaborerez avec une équipe QA dédiée, travaillant étroitement avec les équipes logistiques, de maintenance et de métrologie pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de qualité. Votre rôle implique de partenariat avec des équipes transversales pour soutenir les activités de qualification et de validation, assurant un flux opérationnel sans faille et l'adhérence aux réglementations cGMP.
