    Notre client est un leader mondial de la secteur du transport et la distribution, dont les bureaux flambant neufs sont localisés dans le Nord de Bruxelles (Vilvorde).

    Missions

    • Management d'une équipe constituée de 2 spécialistes AP
    • Supervision de la comptabilité fournisseurs : exactitude, conformité et rapidité du traitement des factures, des bons de commande et des demandes de paiement
    • Identification et mise en place d'amélioration et d'automatisation de processus dans la comptabilité AP
    • Préparation et présentation de reporting analytique et de KPIs relatifs aux fournisseurs (comptabilité + procurement)
    • Supervision du cycle de Procurement, y compris les relations avec les fournisseurs (gestion du contrat, réception et traitement des paiements, supervision des coûts, etc).

    Profil du candidat

    • Bachelier en Comptabilité ou Finance (un Master est un atout)
    • Francophone avec un excellent niveau d'anglais, et un niveau opérationnel en néerlandais
    • Au minimum 5 années d'expérience en Comptabilité AP et en supervision du cycle de Procurement
    • Au minimum une première année d'expérience en coaching ou people management
    • Une première expérience pour un groupe international et/ou dans le secteur du transport est un atout
    • Excellentes compétences en BEGAAP (FRENCHGAAP et LUXGAAP sont des atouts)
    • Excellentes capacité d'analyse, d'interprétation et de communication de données financières
    • Intérêt marqué pour l'amélioration et l'automatisation de processus comptables
