    Description

    Job description

    • Develop, implement and monitor workplace safety programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies
    • Carrying out riskassessments on work sites, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective measures to minimise risks.
    • Provide safetytraining to employees, including the safe use of work equipment and procedures.
    • Coordinate regular safetyinspections of work sites to ensure that policies and procedures are beingfollowed and that safety standards are being met.
    • Working with operationaldepartments to develop and implement corrective action plans following incidents or accidents.
    • Monitorsafety performance indicators and prepare regular reports on trends and progress.
