Globally as an IT Manager in Veepee Group your role will be within one of our product teams (tribes) mainly to provide the means for the team to deliver results in a sustainable manner.

Your team will be made up of developers, QAs, and DevOps for instance. You will work closely with product owners and the tribe Leads.

As an IT manager we expect from you to support and give the teams the tools, methodologies and framework needed to deliver technical and functional developments.

You are a facilitator and your main mission is to ensure the outcome of the people under your scope, both in terms of business value delivery and technical compliance; all of this making the company the best place to work for, supporting and leading your team in their personal and professional objectives and growth.

To give meaning to the team adopting the right management methods according to the team needs;
To develop the team without doing micro management;
To share company information & spread out team activity;
To build your team with the right competences and the right spirit.

Your Profile:

Emphatic and open minded;
You're not afraid of taking risk for your team and making tough decisions;
Client and user oriented, your goal is always heading toward the business needs;
Dynamic and able to communicate easily within your team and across the company;
Experience managing software engineering teams and developing technical direct reports (performance review communication, accountability, motivation/engagement);
5+ years of experience developing software;
23 years of management experience
Broad understanding of IT technologies;
Good knowledge of Agile principles;
Good English skills to interact with a large multilingual environment.
