Newpharma is the first online Belgian pharmacy and a real success story in the Liege area. Created in 2008, the company has been rapidly expanding its activities and currently employs approximately 350 collaborators. With more than references, our company delivers its products in 11 different European countries. Our efficient logistic centre guarantees a 24h delivery inside Belgium. In order to reinforce our Data team, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst.

Purpose of the function

The Business Analyst organizes, exploits and extracts the numerous data and information the company has for diverse purposes (targetting an advanced segmentation of databases ; automation of reportings ; optimization of client services;).

The objective of the Business Analyst is to interpret data, extract reports, presents results and make suggestions to improve the way the different areas of business use datas and consequently, make decisions.

Responsibilities

You gather and interpret data, extracts reports, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
You make reports (for instance in Power BI) and communicate on results to different departments of Newpharma.
You draw some specific analyses according to the requirements of the different departments.
You make recommendations for the company strategy, monitoring and processes optimization.
You followup of the data quality of reportings.
You are the point of contact with the different stakeholders on data questions.
You contribute to the selection, management and improvement of IT tools.
You take part in the development of the Data Department.

Profile

You own a Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economic, mathematics or computer sciences domain.
You are a young potential or have a maximum of 2 years of experience.
You have strong data analysis affinity, ability to interpret and draw recommendations & conclusions from data.
You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
You are open minded, have a good team spirit and like to work in a team.
