Sales

Be the main driver of the sales process
Also be the main owner of the proposal preparation process, with support from other disciplines
Identify customer needs, create pitches targeted to the most adapted markets
Create and develop the projects pipeline leadership in Europe.
Provide leadership and vision to manage the company in the best interests of all its shareholders
Provide leadership in setting the Mission, Vision, Principles Values, and the company's Annual Operating Plan, in conjunction with the Board of Directors.
Lead the company's business growth in a profitable and sustainable manner through resourceful people, capitalizing on superior assets and innovation as well as operating in a socially responsible manner
Align Team / Trust / Action values within different entities.
Enhance and develop the corporate culture yet implemented

Act as a key player in the national & European policies guidelines

Innovation

Generate new ideas. Challenge existing assumptions. Go beyond the status quo. Recognize the need for new or modified approaches. Bring various perspectives and approaches together, combining them in a creative fashion to implement effective improvements.

Profiel

Master Degree (preferably engineering or business economics)
10+ commercial experience in Energy / Gas linked to selling projects or large equipment (capex)
Proven work experience in company Management (preferably in SME)
Hands-On mindset
Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
Bilingual: French, English
Critical business acumen including strategic planning and business development.
Proven success leading and scaling earlystage ($20M $50M) businesses would be a plus.
Passionate about new technology and green energy
