Nous bâtissons notre prochaine génération de leaders en investissant dans le développement de nos collègues.- The Senior Manager, Operational Excellence& PMO, is a key contributor on the Site Leadership Team (SLT), developing and executing the site strategy to support Zoetis business objectives.

This role provides direct leadership, strategic direction and tactical oversight of the site Operational Excellence and Project Management Office.

Help drive operations strategy and implement the Vision of the company. Set specific operational performance targets and develop and train employees to create a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading, managing, and directing Operational Excellence projects and initiatives, and Training and Development needs which provide support for current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) operations.
Coordinates the site's Strategy Deployment process.
Leads and coordinates the Project Management Office (PMO). Supports Project Leaders with tools, methods and templates to support effective Project Management.
Identifies and maintains cost improvement list/portfolio (CIP's) for budget targets, coaches and drives project execution to deliver cost improvements. Delivers measurable improvements in leadtime, customer delivery, productivity, inventory, and product flow.
Coaches multifunctional teams to develop and maintain strategic Value Stream Maps to identify opportunities to reduce inventory, lead time, and waste.
Maintains the site's Operational Excellence/Lean Roadmap, aligned with the strategy and the site's Vision.
Supports site continuous improvement activities as a Lean/Six Sigma process change agent. Trains, coaches and mentors other change agents, including colleagues in Yellow and Green Belt certifications.
Leads site improvement and Kaizen activities supporting all aspects of manufacturing and enabling business functions.
Leads site efforts focused on use of DMAIC and statistical methods to execute continuous improvement projects and improve process robustness.
Proactively identifies opportunities, solves problems, and implements solutions to improve operational and quality performance.
Supports culture of continuous improvement in all levels of the site, advocating appropriate Mindsets and Behaviors to build a high performing culture. Serves as a Gemba Sensei and promotes the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology and techniques.
Integrates shop floor problemsolving through suitable techniques, Human Error Reduction Concepts and supports deviation investigations with problem solving coaching.
Performs packaging line/manufacturing area capacity analysis and updates site financial routings for item addition and budget processes.
Advocates use of Visual Management, visual dashboards, and standup meetings to monitor, drive and recognize shop floor performance.
Develops, organizes, and delivers the Lean/Six Sigma training program to support the site Vision and develop colleagues.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Provides leadership for site Operational Excellence and associated colleagues, achieving objectives for colleague engagement, EHS, quality, supply, and cost.
Builds strong partnerships with Manufacturing and Quality Operations as well as the enabling functions including supply chain, EHS, technical services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Masters Degree with 7+ years of experience in a technical discipline or related field.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership of project teams
Language Skills: Effective written and oral communication in English and French
TECHNICAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Computer Skills: Microsoft Applications, Minitab statistical software, expert user Power BI
