As part of the development of our activities,
we are looking for a Scrum Master to reinforce our teams in Brussels, Belgium.

You will be responsible for all the communication and collaboration between leadership and team players to ensure a successful outcome.

This key role in the management of information systems requires a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, a good coordination of project stakeholders as well as a strong empathy to understand and manage teams.

Leading daily meetings, reviews, demos and other project related meetings (daily standup, sprint review, sprint planning, retrospective).
Coach teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
Support team members in their tasks.
Facilitate open discussions and resolution of possible conflicts.
Proactively identify and solve problems.
Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner regarding the Product Backlog.
Track team capacity and velocity for planning and progress purposes.
Update activities in a project management tracking tool and provide reports on the successful deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects.

You have a first experience in this role and wish to pursue your career and capitalise on three pillars: business, project methodology and information technology.
