- Het maken van gebouwsimulatiemodellen voor het testen en ontwikkelen van regelsystemen.
- Werken aan smart living toepassingen die oplossingen voor binnencomfort integreren met hernieuwbare energiebronnen.
- Samenwerken met andere ingenieurs en productmanagers om producten en diensten van hoge kwaliteit te leveren aan klanten.
- Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste trends en technologieën op het gebied van regeltechniek en binnencomfortoplossingen.
- Een masterdiploma in engineering of wetenschappen (wiskunde), of een aanverwant vakgebied
- Grote interesse in regeltechniek, bij voorkeur met toepassingen op het gebied van HVAC en gebouw automatisatie.
- Kennis en vaardigheden in regeltechniek, systeemidentificatie, optimalisatie of simulatie zijn een plus.
- Vaardigheid in Python programmeren.
- Ervaring, of de bereidheid om te leren werken, met simulatietools voor gebouwen, zoals specifieke Modelica libraries voor gebouwen (vb. IDEAS, Buildings, ...).
- Een creatieve en probleemoplossende mindset en goede vaardigheden in het leren en begrijpen van nieuwe theorieën.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, in het Engels en bij voorkeur ook in het Nederlands.
