For our Sterile production site located in Brussels, we are currently looking for a
Microbiology &
Chemical Lab Technician (night shift) reporting to the QC Chemical Lab Supervisor.


The role

  • Perform
    physicochemical and microbiological analyses of samples by strictly following the analytical methods mentioned in procedures and according to the planning.
  • Perform sampling (raw materials, In-Process Controls, utilities )
  • Ensure sample reception management
  • Manage the documentation of each analysis to ensure traceability
  • Report and interpret scientific data.
  • Participate to the release of raw materials
  • Execute laboratory equipment qualification
  • Participate to improvement of analytical methods and processes

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor level in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry,)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a
    QC Microbiology or chemistry** environment
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, spectrometry, titration
  • Knowledge of GMP practices
  • Quality oriented, rigorous and well organised
  • Proactive and stress resilient

Autonomous, can perform sample reception and analyses with minimum guidance from supervision:

  • Full fluency in French and ability to ready in English

Work night shifts (10pm-6am)
