- Manage the daily cash position of the holding entity and sub-holding, focusing on optimizing liquidity centralization.
- Reconcile bank flows and balances, consolidate short-term forecasts, and oversee cash positions to minimize idle balances.
- Analyze forecast variances, coordinate with affiliates, and ensure timely financing of affiliates.
- Facilitate Treasury transfers, communicate liquidity positions, and liaise with corporate liquidity management and banking services.
- Oversee In-House Bank operations, including intercompany accounts management, settlement bookings, interests calculation, and month-end activities.
- Educational background in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics.
- Previous experience in Financing & Treasury activities in multinational companies.
- Familiarity with Cash Management Structures, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Treasury Management Systems.
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, partnership building abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel.
