Goodbye Halloween. Hello Health.

I see people running through life all the time. Too busy to breathe. Always in shortage of time. Diving into stressful circumstances. I am just a humble and hairy spider but I wonder if people would listen to me, would that make a difference? They can learn some truth. I am sure of that. Should I capture them and cover them with all that I got? Sticky. Like honey. Not sweet. Solid. Then the captured ones can take some time to hear my side of the story. I am a small citizen on planet earth, I agree. Still some contribution to make. Look at the reduced space that I use. Do you see that I make the best of it? I really do. Of course I would let you go, all of you, I cannot beat your size. You are bigger than a fly.

How I do it? What? Achieving balance! Listen well. I use my mind and my body. At the same time. Working on my strategic and networking skills. Combining it with excellent body training. Daily. No excuses.  Building muscles. Enhancing my nutrition. Do I ever lose balance? I do not think so. I am well prepared to solve that matter too. Have you observed me while I am active? I create added value. Again and again. I prepare my dinner. It is fun. My little ones are blessed with such a parent. I teach them the same. When I catch a fly, I dance around. Blessed with gratitude. I did it. Again and again. The system seems to work. All over the world, my family operates in the same effective and efficient way. Proud of them.

Did I mention my power? Well humans sometimes seem to forget that they can only keep up with the speed of life when they invest in the whole package: body, spirit, heart, soul and mind. Do not fall into the trap of the rat race. Keep yourself fit. That is why I keep my muscles healthy. Training. Training. Training. My mind supports me to develop a wonderful web. It is art. True art. Strategy helps me to move forward. Just admit it. Could you do that too? Not so sure of that. I am connected with the universe. My heart feels every emotion deep within. I allow it to happen. Sometimes I meditate too. Being mindful is an activity that provides so much positive energy.  

When I see the reflection of my body in a river, I see no fat. Be aware, I am not into beauty contests, I leave that to you, humans. I focus on healthy habits, that is what spiders do. When you see me around Halloween, you always seem to be scared. Look me in the eyes next Halloween, and you will feel no fear. Only love. You will see my wisdom and my beauty. My discipline too. As a reminder I keep on making spider webs. When you see one, think of me and follow my advice. Train your body. No single focus on your mind. When you are in complete balance, you can catch all your dreams. It becomes a pleasure. Fun. The secret is to train on all levels. Trust my advice. Respect it. You will shine like a diamond in the sun!
