Doelstelling:

To enhance the overall effectiveness of our Executive Committee (ExCom), enabling them to operate at the highest level of efficiency and ability to concentrate on strategic initiatives.

Taken:

Have oversight on agreed ExCom projects**:to oversee projects, monitor and ensure completion of projects in accordance with agreed timelines
Develop and manage ExCom agenda, prepare minutes and manage followups, improve efficiency. Operate a reporting system and dashboard.
Event management support when appropriate: overall management and delivery of the leadership conference or other meetings in collaboration with host country management
Communications support: ExCom internal & external presentations and communication: multi party liaison to prepare ExCom for effective participation/presentation at board meetings, ExCom meetings, etc.
Maintain the strategic (business) plan and facilitate the process
Budget management: annual planning and monthly management of the ExComs department budget
Adhoc analysis and decision support

Profiel:

University degree in business studies (master or equivalent by experience).
3 to 5 years experience in complex service related business
Highly proficient English, French, Dutch language skills, spoken and written. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus
MS Office literate (skilled in both PowerPoint & Excel)
Good communication skills.
Analytical approach.
Experience in project management.
Flexible in time spent and attitude.
Ability and willingness to travel.
International business experience, working and living in multicultural and multiracial environment.
Strong presentation development and delivering skills.
