YOUR ROLE

  • You lead onboarding sessions for new sales advisors and ensure they are prepared to excel and grow in their functions.
  • You improve training programs continuously.
  • You offer realtime coaching, training and support to help the sales team achieve their goals.
  • You develop training plans and materials tailored to the call center environment.
  • You identify training needs and align them with organizational goals.
  • You promote a culture of continuous learning and personal development.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have extensive experience in training and development roles.
  • You excel in communication and presentation, conveying complex concepts clearly.
  • You have a solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • You are proficient with learning management systems (LMS) and elearning tools.
  • You have strong problemsolving skills and use data insights for decisionmaking.
  • You are good in Dutch, French and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Location: Brussels and remote
  • Working regime: preferably 5 days or 4 days if flexible
  • Start: ASAP for 6 months
