Reports to:
HR Manager

Work location:
Brussels, Belgium as main office, will be supporting the Antwerp, Halle and Erpe

Mere offices with regular visits.

Work Mode:
Hybrid work mode with presence at the office and work from home on Friday ́s.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR support in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and other related functions
Manage recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefitsrelated questions
Provide support to managers in the areas of performance management and employee development
Assist with payroll processing for employees in all locations in Belgium.
Support employees based in all our locations.
Assist with other HRrelated duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
35 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
Payroll processing experience (strong asset, but not required)
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Bilingual in Dutch/ French and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
