Job Summary and Responsibilities

The _Compression Systems EMEIA_ Business is hiring a _Distribution Development Manager_ to join the _Commercial Excellence and Distribution Development EMEIA_ team.

The role will be responsible for the growth of distribution network.

The main responsibilities will be:

Distribution Channel Strategy: clearly explain the company channel strategy and expectations from partners

Distributor Growth Plans:work with Distributor Managers and distributors to ensure distributors have solid growth plans. Coach distributor managers on best practices and help distributors define actions to fill gaps they may have

Distributor Growth Programs: run distributor programs for the region, deploying the program and ensuring program is delivering expected results

Monitor Performance: closely monitor distributor performance ensuring accuracy of data and work proactively on actions to improve performance

Distribution Processes: support distribution process standardization and development of automated tools to improve information management

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications and Competencies

Strong experience in managing distributors in the industrial sector minimum 2y

- with experience fostering growth

Affinity with distributor programs
Degree in Business Management / Engineering or related field desired
Excellent Communication and Persuasion skills
Able to work in English, additional languages
German, French, Italian or Spanish

Travel up to 50% mainly in the EMEIA region
