Our client is a globally operating firm in the industrial sector.


YOUR ROLE:


  • You are the driving force behind HR processes, promoting accountability and adding value.
  • You oversee both operational and strategic tasks, with a focus on fostering organizational culture and maintaining relations with unions and stakeholders.
  • You advise management on HRrelated issues and provide extensive support.
  • You ensure adherence to legal, labor law, and contractual obligations and take the lead in crosssector negotiations on behalf of the company.
  • You enhance the understanding and collaboration within the HR team.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a solid background in HR positions, international settings, and managing HR operations.
  • You are skilled in leading change and transformation projects efficiently.
  • Your leadership is defined by a focus on teamwork and achieving results.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of Belgium's labor market and legal framework.
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English, with a proficient understanding of French.
