Beschrijving

We are currently looking for the position of Business Analyst (m/f/d), which can be performed from the home office / remotely.

Sales controlling

Interface between IT and business for the implementation of process analysis and process automation
Europe-wide business support with a focus on DACH and Benelux countries
Contact person for the specialist departments when carrying out business performance analyses: profitability analysis, sales KPIs, gap analysis, order forecasting, customer segmentation, value pricing, benchmarking
Supporting sales projects through consulting, providing, and preparing of relevant data
Preparation of monthly reports for the sales organization

System support

Optimization and further automation of controlling processes and controlling reports
Ensuring and continuously improving data quality
Partial responsibility for the central CRM tool Salesforce
Ensuring smooth data exchange and communication flow within the interfaces
Creating and maintaining relevant reports and dashboards in the PowerBI environment
Support in digitalization of sales and controlling processes
Proactive identification of potential for process optimization
Regular monitoring of the competitive landscape and conducting competitive analyses
Supporting forecasting and budget processes
Collaboration in cross-functional projects

Your qualifications

University degree in business informatics, economics (business administration, business studies, business analysis) or comparable qualification
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience (sales controlling, business intelligence, business analysis)
Very good analytical skills
Good knowledge of PowerBI and Salesforce is a plus
Fluency in English and/or German
Open-minded and cooperative personality
Accurate and structured way of working
Willingness to travel occasionally (20% of working time)
