- Je neemt de nodige initiatieven om de schade te begroten.
- En je zorgt voor de uitkering van de schadevergoeding aan de klant en/of tegenpartij.
- Een bachelordiploma en/of een eerste werkervaring.
- Vlotte communicatievaardigheden.
- De wil om samen te werken aan de best mogelijke klantenbeleving.
- Een open en positieve mindset om zaken ook te verbeteren.
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
- Basiskennis van de verzekeringsproducten.

Jij bent telefonisch en schriftelijk het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, DVV- of Belfius-kantoren die vragen hebben over schadebeheer in het kader van hun verzekeringen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de proactieve en klantgerichte opvolging van schadedossiers, van bij de aangifte tot de definitieve afhandeling:
