ORGANIZATION:
Our client is a globally operating firm in the industrial sector.
YOUR ROLE:
- You ensure the accurate and timely payroll for white collar employees in Belgium, for 3 entities.
- You provide support to employees with queries regarding social law and payrollrelated questions.
- You give all necessary information about payroll, pay slips, etc. when onboarding new colleagues.
- You conduct the contract with new hires.
- You assist in other HR and payroll related demands.
- You will work with Partena and Workday.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have proven experience in payroll.
- You possess strong knowledge in Belgian social and labor legislation.
- You have an eye for detail and are wellorganized.
- You have a good knowlegde of Dutch, French and English.
PRACTICAL:
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week
- Location: Zaventem and remote
