Bij STAS produceren we kippers en zelflossers voor drie sectoren: bouw, agro en recycling. In heel Europa kom je het STAS logo tegen op de baan. Wij produceren onze opleggers met oog voor Product, People en Planet waarbij onze baseline Long-term Pleasure centraal staat in alles wat we doen.
Wat ga je doen?
Als operations expert ben je de operationele motor van STAS. Je zet je in om onze processen te stroomlijnen, kosten te verlagen, onze supply chain te optimaliseren, & dit allemaal ter ondersteuning van onze groei & succes.
Je bent de architect van onze operationele plannen & processen. Door samenwerking tussen afdelingen te bevorderen, zorg je ervoor dat onze teams naadloos op elkaar ingespeeld zijn & knelpunten snel kunnen oplossen.
Je bent de spil in ons supply chain-web, waarbij je inkoop, voorraadbeheer, cost control & logistiek in harmonie brengt.
Je bent constant op zoek naar manieren om onze voorraadkosten te minimaliseren zonder tegemoetkomingen te doen aan kwaliteit of service.
Door best practices te implementeren en continu te streven naar efficiëntie, draag je bij aan onze algehele bedrijfsprestaties.
Je denkt na over nieuwe business modellen, checkt de haalbaarheid hiervan & helpt mee deze uit te rollen.
Door je analytische vaardigheden detecteer je snel & doelgericht eventuele kwaliteitsproblemen en neem je actie om ze op te lossen.
Jij Bent
Een dynamische en gepassioneerde professional met een diploma handelsingenieur of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
Je kan terugkijken op een eerste ervaring in operationeel management, bij voorkeur met focus op supply chain.
Je bent een nieuwsgierige geest die altijd op zoek is naar nieuwe manieren om onze processen te innoveren en te optimaliseren & die gedijt in een omgeving die voortdurende verbetering aanmoedigt.
Je kan zowel op macro als micro niveau denken en handelen: het kader creëren & tegelijkertijd operationeel hiermee omgaan.
Je hebt een diepgaande affiniteit voor de MAAK industrie & hebt een natuurlijke drang om de operationele aspecten van ons bedrijf te begrijpen & te verbeteren.
Je begrijpt niet alleen de operationele kant van ons bedrijf, maar hebt ook het vermogen om de financiële implicaties van operationele beslissingen te begrijpen & te analyseren.
