DescriptionAls CAR-T Operations Expert maak je deel uit van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling van CAR-T-producten voor klinische en commerciële toepassingen in een gecontroleerde cleanroomomgeving (GMP).
Je leidt en voert meerdere eenheden uit binnen de CAR-T-procesoperaties volgens standaard werkprocedures en zorgt voor veilige en conforme activiteiten volgens de GMP-vereisten.
Je werkt in een teamgebaseerde en multifunctionele omgeving om productietaken uit te voeren die volgens schema vereist zijn om continue verbetering van activiteiten te stimuleren door gebruik te maken van eigen observatie en input van junior teamleden.
Als CAR-T operations expert moet je soepele en sterke samenwerkingen opbouwen en onderhouden met interne afdelingen om te zorgen voor een naadloze uitvoering van dagelijkse taken. Je bent ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor junior operatoren.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven van SOPs.

ProfileBen jij de Operations Expert die wij zoeken?
Je behaalde een Masterdiploma in life sciences, zoals bvb. bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, biotechnologie of farmacie - of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring
Min. 3 jaar operationele ervaring binnen een GMP- of ATMP- omgeving in de biotech/ biofarmaceutische industrie
Eerdere ervaring in productie, kwaliteit of engineering is vereist
Sterke invloed en vaardigheden om relaties op te bouwen met nadruk op teamwerk
Sterk ontwikkelde organisatorische vaardigheden
Je bent in staat om veranderende prioriteiten te beheren en om kritieke deadlines te behalen
Je bent analytisch sterk, denkt probleemoplossend, programatisch en positief kritisch
Je hebt een flexibele mindset + een CAN DO attitude
Ervaring met MS Office - kunnen werken met SAP & GMP-systemen is zeker een pluspunt
