- Partner and collaborate with HCC, functional teams, and country stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection, reconciliation, and analysis in support of cross-sector external reporting, leveraging Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to prepare transparency and value-add reports.
- Gather requirements, analyze data, advise on and support the implementation of regional and local reporting solutions.
- Leverage an innovative and continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to enhance processes and solutions, resulting in increased efficiency and data quality.
- Support business and HCC partners with inquiries related to transparency reporting, as well as issues related to data collection, data quality and reporting solutions.
- Develop and deliver training on reporting tools and processes to local business, HCC and other functional groups (as required).

Reporting to the EMEA GTR Sr Manager, Global Transparency Reporting, this core member of the Health Care Compliance Global Operations team collaborates with cross-functional business, technical, and compliance teams to identify and recommend improvements to data integrity and reporting processes.
They share best practices and contribute to the optimization of standardized reporting tools and processes, ensuring compliance with all external reporting requirements across all Johnson & Johnson sectors.
