- De verificatie op data ter voorbereiding van de declaratie en douane documenten.
- De afhandeling van de uitzonderingen in de master data en in de aangiftes.
- Het opvolgen van de manuele en/of geautomatiseerde workflow.
- Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de douanegegevens.
- Je past de juiste noodprocedures toe.
- Je signaleert onregelmatigheden op douanegebied en rapporteert deze aan je leidinggevende.
- Je zorgt voor goede contacten met de douane en communiceert naar de klanten.
